I love my condo. It is bright and roomy with a beautiful southern view of the ocean to the left and the city to the right. It has a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, fridge, stove and cafe table. The living and dining area is very open and feels spacious. The living area and bedroom have the view of the ocean. There is plenty of closet/storage space. Although it has only one bedroom, it can sleep four.

The neighborhood street area is lined with beautiful trees and flowers as you walk by the perfectly manicured condo buildings. Across the street is a Grocery store, coffee shop, pizza parlor, burger king, beauty salon, bank, and a Dr's Office. There are pubs, restaurants, wine bars, jazz clubs within walking distance. The Arts Center, Cruise ships, golfing, tennis,fishing, snorkeling, and many other activities are minutes away. The ultimate is...Beach access, swimming pool, gym, parking, and 24 hour security on the property. The condo is just a 45 minute drive to the city of Miami and South Beach and a short 3 hour drive to Disney World and Universal Studio in Orlando!! Something about ourselves

My companion and I have decided that a home exchange would take us out of the tourist mode. We look forward to staying in one place and wandering the neighborhoods of the world. Relaxing and enjoying the ambiance that surrounds us wherever we choose to stay.
