Here is our comfortable Florida home located on the East Coast of Central Florida. We live in the community of Titusville, Florida which is about 25-30 miles from ORLANDO. Our community is small but close to larger areas. Our home is very spacious totaling three stories (split level). We have 5 bedrooms and three full baths. We are located on a quiet cul-de-sac with a lake. Our home has all the amenities needed including widescreen TV with surround-sound. Our totally screened in back porch is 50 feet long with a sitting and dining area. Beyond is the garden area, Fountain area, swing and Pergola/ entertaining area. A POOL is included in this offer. We are members of a nearby private Country Club and you will be able to use the pool as our guests. Our city has it's own BEACH (approx. 5 miles away). It is never crowded and pretty much undeveloped...just beautiful with big waves and large sandunes and views of Kennedy space center and launch areas as you drive out. AREA'S OF NEARBY INTEREST: Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Orlando(DISNEY,UNIVERSAL Studio, SEA WORLD,MGM Studio, Animal Kingdom,Islands of Adventure,Theme Parks, International Drive, SHOPPING Outlets,Art Museums,Zoo,etc. Daytona Beach-you can drive on the beach! Our neighborhood
Our neighborhood is a lovely tropical Florida style neigborhood. We are in a nice, upscale area. It is safe and child friendly. Our street is on a cul de sac that features a very large lake at the end of the cul-de-sac. We are close to a local Park (Fox Lake Park). We have The Enchanted Forest Nature Trail, Brevard Zoo, Merritt Island Natural Refuge plus Kennedy Space Center and the our beach about 5 miles away(PLAYALINDA BEACH). If you were here at the right time, you could step outside our front door and see a rocket or space shuttle go off. Titusville is also home to the world famous seafood restaurant, Dixie Crossroads. Many more wonderful restaurants in Orlando. Our home is a great place to stay because of it's CENTRAL location to many places of interest in Sunny FLORIDA! Something about ourselves
My husband is Paul..a Real Estate agent and Insurance Agency owner. He enjoys people and is very energetic. My name is Kathy and I am a housewife. We have a 17 year old son. We have spent the last two summers in London and would like to see more of England or perhaps France/Ireland/Italy/Sctland..anywhere in EUROPE! Also.. California/New York City area/Boston. We are restricted to the Summer months and Christmas holidays since we have a 17 yr. old attending school. We prefer places near large cities or actually in the city itself and not rural (unless there is good public transportation). For England..we would consider almost any area. We are booked this year for the first two weeks of June so we're not able to do another exchange for the 2010 year. However, now looking to 2011!! For 2011, we will be looking to travel any time between May and September 2011.  marks the location of this home
