Our apartment is a perfect launching point exploring all that Miami's South Beach Neighborhood has to offer. It is located on the second floor of a quiet residential building that's truly in the center of it all. From the front door its less than two blocks to the endless white sand beach and beautiful boardwalk that's popular with runners, bike riders and rollerbladers. One block to either the right or left puts you directly on Lincoln Road or Espanola Way, the areas two prime zones for shopping, dining or just enjoying an atmospheric stroll. The apartment is an American one bedroom (European two bedroom) that can comfortably sleep four adults and two children in a bunk-bed. The bunk-bed is set up in the master bedroom together with a queen size bed. The living room has a futon sofa that opens into another queen bed. There is a complete kitchen that is connected to the living room and dining area. The bathroom has a Jacuzzi-tub and shower. The apartment has cable-TV and internet connection. The apartment is strictly no pets, no smoking.

Our apartment is located in a building that's in the heart of the famous Art Deco District of South Beach Miami. We recommend the Wolfsonian Museum to learn more about Deco in Miami and the Bass Museum for a unique collection of modern art. Both are walking distance from our home. For most things you don't need a car as the beach, shopping and restaurants are all just steps from our front door and there is also an easy and inexpensive public transportation system. We are Predrag and Giselle. We live full time in New York City and keep our Miami Beach apartment as a vacation home. We have two young children who are in their early years of school, so most of our holidays are built around their school schedules. We are both working as professional event planners. Our jobs are flexible enough to let us travel several times a year. Although we love furry pets, Giselle has major allergies and cannot stay in a home where such animals are living (even if they leave on vacation with their owners, it still won't work). We also need to keep a strictly non-smoking policy in our home for the same reason. We are open to inquiries from any location.
