Our unit is directly on the beach. The waves of the ocean are just right outside your door.
If you are looking for a vacation on the beach, this is the trade you need. You can watch the dolphins from the front patio or watch sailboats go in and out of the jetty to the ocean. The unit has everything your family needs
to make your stay completely comfortable. The entry walks in to the dining area with a direct view of the ocean
from everywhere in the unit. The living room area is set in the tommy bahama style and walks through a sliding door to a patio where you can sit and watch the ocean waves. In the evening you can sit and watch the most amazing sunsets anywhere in the world. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is a master bedroom with a double bed. The second bedroom has a wall that can be folded away to make the living area larger. It has a trundle bed that can be two single beds or made into a double bed. The living room area has two sofas, one has a fold out bed that can sleep two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make all meals if you desire or you can visit one of the many restaurants in the area.
If you have a need for additional space we can offer an additional condo in another unit complex within walking distance of the first condo. We can also offer you the use of our small cabin on a lake in Minnesota. This would require transportation from Florida to Minnesota. Our unit is directly on the beach. There are restaurants and shopping in the town with very inviting walking sidewalks. There are tennis courts and basketball courts in the town center. Just down the beach from the front door is the jetty. At the Jetty you can watch the dolphins or sailboats and all styles and sizes of boats entering and leaving the inter-coastal to the ocean. Boats are available for rent at the marina just walking distance from the condo. Sarasota is a city a short drive to the north. In Sarasota there is plenty of nightlife as well as museums and shopping and many restaurants. Disney world is just a two hour drive to the west. Everything you need to make your vacation complete.
