Very nice, fully equipped four bedroom home is located in the waterfront community of Gulf Landings (by Gulf Harbors). . The kids or kids at heart will enjoy the spacious rec. room downstairs (table tennis, hoops game, air hockey etc). Upstairs, you will find a bright, open floor plan with living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room and master bedroom open up to a large balcony that overlooks the screened-in patio and pool. The master bedroom has a TV/DVD and a full private bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed; bedrooms three and four have two twin beds in each.

Our home is in a very nice residential neighborhood. Beaches are close by and the private beach (included in your stay) is less than two miles away. If you want to go explore, New Port Richey is a wonderfully kept secret. It's approximately 40 minutes from Tampa (Busch Garden), one and half hours from Orlando, 15 minutes from Tarpon Springs; Clearwater Beach is also a short drive. There's shopping, good restaurants, you can also rent a boat and take it to the Sand Bar and Anclote Islands where you can spend the day swimming, shelling and watching dolphins. We're Lucie and Dave, a family of four from Minnesota (Lucie is from Canada but has been living in the USA for the last 17 years.) We have 12 year old twin boys, Liam and Cade. Our home in Florida is our vacation home. We love to get there as often as we can. We travel a lot for both business and pleasure and often in our four-seater plane. We love to explore new places, spend time on and in the water, spend time outdoors but also enjoy theatre, great cuisine, and learning about other cultures. Lucie is bilingual French/English, the twins are bilingual English/Spanish. We've done four exchanges in the last four year. Santa Cruz, California, Toronto, Roses (Spain) and Saint-Malo (France.)
