Beautiful, modern, comfortable apartment, ocean front in one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Sugar like sand, crystal clear emerald green water in a perfect temperature. Our apartment is located on the 8th floor. Both the living room and the master suite have complete unobstructed view of the ocean, (the building is at the beach!) The building is well kept and it has services and security on site. The apartment has all the amenities of modern life. It was beautifully decorated and remodeled just two years ago. There is management on site to assist you with any needs.

The Emerald Coast, located between Destin and Panama City Florida has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Its unique sugar like sand, emerald color waters in a perfect temperature make this a must see destination. Our apartment is our second home and it is located in Seagrove Beach which is a quiet, safe and pleasant area.All needs of modern life are near by. Deep sea fishing, kaiaking, bicycling, horse back riding, parasailing, and sailing at sunset to watch the dolphins are some of the activities available. Destin is just 19 miles away and it has incredible shopping,restaurants. fun water parks, gulf, and many attractions. Panama City is about 20 miles away and it has a new excellent airport, hospital, restaurants, etc. Something about ourselves

We are Martha and Marco, both professionals (I am a physician, my wife is a speech pathologist), and we live in the Southeast US. We love to travel, to meet new people and to make friends. We speak English, Portuguese and Spanish. We have three daughters and one son-in-law who live in other States. We are both 55, and now that the kids are gone, we are ready to have some fun!(Yes, sometimes some of our children travel with us and we love it). We have done one very successful exchange and we made very good friends. we are looking forward to our next one. We take pride in keeping our homes very nicely and we would be as careful with someone else's home.
