This is a 4 th floor apartment (with 2 elevators) 2 bedrooms 2 full baths (one bath+ one shower). Living room with balcony, dining room and kitchen (new appliances). The apartment has tile floor cover by rugs. Each bedrooms has a queen size bed. All rooms are face the big canal. Everything is clean and new. The building has interfone, has swimming pool and exercise room. The building is between the beach and the canal.
