This is a second home and offers the possibility of non-simultaneous exchanges. We offer a sunny two-bedroom condominium in a gated golf-course community in Naples, Florida. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed. The family room has a sofa-bed that sleeps another two people. There is cable TV with a flat-screen TV and DVD player; there is also high-speed internet access with a wireless network.

The community has a swimming pool, clubhouse, and other amenities. We do not have a golf-course membership, but there are public courses nearby. We are close to Florida Gulf coast beaches, nature preserves, and public golf courses; at the same time the area offers world-class shopping and fine dining. Something about ourselves

Terence, age 71, is an Emeritus Professor; he was a member of the faculty of the College of Business at Roosevelt University in Chicago, Illinois. He maintains a small accounting and tax practice in Chicago. Isabel, age 69, is an adult nurse practitioner; she is currently teaching nursing in Chicago. We have traveled widely during the 44 years we have been married. We've visited all 50 states in the USA, most of Canada, and 50 countries around the world. Our son and his wife live near us with their two children. We have recently begun to travel with Annabel (age 10) and William (age 6). We have had three successful exchanges and look forward to more.
