I offer a beautiful 1050 s.f. condo on a canal in North Palm Beach, Florida, (USA), that overlooks Lake Worth & Singer Island from a screened balcony. It was completely renovated this year including all new furniture; (Key West motif). The complex includes a heated swimming pool and is just a 10 minute drive from ocean front beaches. There are twin beds in both bedrooms(All comfortable with new mattresses), and a fold out couch (that sleeps 2 adults) in the Living room. The kitchen is compact and includes stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, etc. The dining area easily accommodates four. There are new hardwood floors in the Dining & Living rooms and new wall-to-wall carpeting in the Bedrooms. In addition to a/c each room has a paddle fan. Housekeeping services are included, once per week. Come and enjoy my comfortable, cheerful home and the cool breeze year-round.(No phone-We use cell phones. No internet-We use free internet at Penera Bread.)I have a 2004 Mercury Grand Marque which accomodates 5 comfortably, is in good-reliable condition and is available for my guests.

Head 15 minutes North and dine on the waterfront opposite the Jupiter Inlet Lighthouse. All types of water activities are popular in the area. Consider parasailing, jet skiing, catamaran trips, kayaking, wave running, sailing, deep sea fishing or just fish from the dock on our property. If you're in the mood for gaming, consider the Seminole Hard Rock Casino, a Palm Beach Princess dinner cruise, the Palm Beach Kennel Club, or the Isle casino & racing at Pompano Park. I am a recently retired Electrical Engineer who loves to travel. It is my vacation condominium home in North Palm Beach Florida that I offer for exchange. It was completely renovated this year with all new furniture and accessories. Therefore, I am looking for exchange partners that will be careful and considerate of the condo, common spaces and my neighbors. I use the property from January through April. It is available for the rest of the year for simultaneous or non-simultaneous exchange. Because it is located on the water, it is comfortable year-round, but the weather is nicest in May, June, October, November and December. My wife of 41 years unfortunately passed away in 2007. My trips are usually 2 to 4 weeks in duration and my schedule is flexible. I am neat and respectful of the property of others. Since retirement, I spend much of my time doing volunteer work. I am a member of the Executive Board of the local Boy Scout Council and the Board of Incorporators of Kent Hospital.I have two wonderful children who fortunatly live near me in Rhode Island. My two grandchildren: Danny 11 & Jillian 6 are the "apple of my eye".
