We have a newly rennovated home situated directly across the street from a beautiful beach in a quiet residential neighborhood called Ocean Ridge with multimillion dollar homes. Everything in our home is brand new. Large great room with kitchen, dining, sitting area, all hardwood floors. Huge tropical private backyard with large pool and patio. Walk to beach, deep sea fishing, shopping and dining. Close to 3 major airports (Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale and Miami). Perfect situation for relaxing beach vacation. We are also only 5 minutes from Delray Beach with a fantastic night life.

Ocean Ridge is located on a barrier island east of Boynton Beach. It is a small, quiet residential neighborhood. Fine dining, shopping, nightlife, golf and tennis are all within a short 10-15 minute drive. Deep sea fishing, boat and jet ski rentals are all within walking distance. We are an athletic, professional, non smoking middle aged couple with grown children. Tomas is a tennis professional from Sweden. Charlene is a business owner/Nurse from Boston, Massachusetts. We are looking to do more world traveling to experience new places and people. We want to travel to Europe 2012. We would like to do a 6 month exchange to either Sweden, Italy, or France.
