Here is our comfortable second home...located on the East Coast of Central Florida.... Titusville, Florida which is about 25-30 miles from ORLANDO. The town is small but close to larger areas. Our home has 3 bedroom, 2 full baths along with a fully equipted kitchen, den, large living room, study, dining area, etc. Our home has all the amenities needed for a comfy stay. Our city has it's own BEACH (approx. 5 miles away). It is never crowded and pretty much undeveloped...just beautiful with big waves and large sandunes. AREA'S OF NEARBY INTEREST: Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Orlando(DISNEY,UNIVERSAL Studio, SEA WORLD, MGM Studio, Animal Kingdom, Islands of Adventure, Theme Parks, International Drive, SHOPPING Outlets, Art Museums, Zoo, etc. Daytona Beach-you can drive on the beach! Cypress Gardens. Busch Gardens, Ringling Museum/Tampa (2 hrs. WEST coast), Ft. Lauderdale/Miami/South Beach (3hrs) St. Augustine (2hr. North) Carribean Cruises from nearby Port Canaveral.

The neigborhood is a nice, quiet, secure area. We are located on the East Coast of central Florida so you will have a large home to enjoy while traveling out to all the attractions and theme parks around our sunny state. Our Country Club's pool is available for you to use as well. We are right across from Kennedy Space Center where you can take a tour. There is also a Space museum and Astronaut museum. Orlando is about 25 miles away.. and that is where you will find all the theme parks, attractions, etc. We are close to Cocoa Beach and Daytona Beach as well. Something about ourselves

We are a family of three. My husband owns his own insurance business and I am a housewife. Our son is 16 and will travel with us and perhaps our daughter and her husband. We have spent the last two years in London and would like to go back and explore more of England, France or Ireland. Christmas 2009 is a possibility. We would be especially interested in the NEW YORK City area. Please write for dates.
