This one bedroom 9th floor condo enjoys breathtaking Gulf of Mexico and sunset views. It is a 1 bedroom efficiency with a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa. An added bonus is WIFI provided for your laptop computer. The condo is located at the quiet southern end of Ft. Myers Beach. It is only one block from shopping, restaurants and marina and minutes away from other recreational activities such as golf, fishing, parasailing, jet skiing and Casino cruises. Many churches, a library, movie theater, miniature golf and bowling alley are only minutes away. A completely furnished turnkey apartment for a fun-filled carefree vacation. Miami, Tampa, Key Largo and Orlando are all within 3 hours and 15 minutes by car.

A dog track in Bonita Springs, and Germain Arena in Estero provides concerts, ice hockey, arena football, and special events. Ft. Myers is home to Thomas Edison's winter residence and laboratory. The Ft. Myers area boasts 2 local professional baseball stadiums, and the Gulf Railroad. In south Florida there are air boat rides and Everglades swamp buggy tours. Just a short drive away is world renowned shelling on Sanibel Island. Also on Sanibel is the Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum, BIG Arts, and miles of bike paths. We are a couple in our early 60's who love home exchange. Helen is a school teacher, and I own a balloon decorating business. We love to travel, and believe that home exchanging is a great way to immerse ourselves in local culture, activities and community life. It's a fantastic way to get to know a place from the inside out. We love to hike, bike, visit museums, go antiquing, and exploring. We have experienced several fantastic, successful exchanges over the last 4 years and look forward to many more. Our condo is available for exchange most weeks June thru early Dec 2013 and June thru early December 2014. Please be assured that we will care for your home as if it were our own.
