Brick traditional house, very comfortable for family. Split plan, one master bedroom with king size bed and bath, 2 other bedrooms on the other end of the house with bath accessible to lake..one bedroom with 2 twin beds, other with antique 3/4 bed (is full size width but shorter than modern full bed). Can sleep children easily. Living room and family room. 50 ft screened porch facing lake side. Fireplace for winter, central heat and air. Car available for exchange. 30-40- minutes drive to Disney World, Seaworld, Universal and other tourist oriented sites. 40 minutes to Florida coast beaches. Many good restaurants nearby..(within 3/4 miles)...groceries in walking distance...shopping centers close by and movies. Bus links within a block walk.

Neighborhood is single family homes surrounding lake that connects to larger lake, canoe available, bicycles available, nice place for kids, not a deep lake, fishing good. Large old oak trees in large front yard and back yard facing lake. Outside table and chairs for sunning. Easy access to I-4 which connects to !-95 for beaches and just on I-4 for Disney 30 miles/Tampa about 80 miles/Miami 200 miles.. Orlando International Airport is 25 miles away from my house. I am a retired school teacher...9 years in the elementary classroom and 21 years teaching art. We also have a mountain house in the NC mountains where we spend time in the summer therefore, we can do non simultaneous exchanges. We have many interests and have traveled extensively but just discovered this house exchange option this year. Have long time travel buddy. He is retired engineer. We both are in our 60's. My 2 grown children are local in this Orlando area to help with any questions or problems. Also my next door neighbors are jewels.
