Our home is in a quiet suburban neighborhood. We built our own home 20 years ago. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the rooms is set up as a sewing and quilting room. We have a beautiful garden as a backyard complete with a swing for afternoon tea and an 8-person table for outdoor dining. A fountain provides soothing background sounds.

Our home is in Bradenton near the river and about five miles from the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, both good for swimming, fishing, boating, etc. The tourist attractions of Orlando are a two hour drive from our home. Nearby are numerous stores and restaurants. Numerous kayak trails abound in the area, and kayak rentals are available. Something about ourselves

Max has a residential construction business. Marilyn is an elementary school teacher. We have been married for 31 years. We have visited 26 countries and completed 5 home exchanges. Three of the exchanges were in Europe and two were USA winter skiing exchanges. Max loves to garden and Marilyn loves to sew and quilt. We both love to read.
