Our second home is located in Key Colony Beach in the middle of the Florida Keys. It is bright and airy and the patio has a wonderful waterfront view of Bonefish Bay with gorgeous sunrises. The front of our home faces Shelter Bay and has beautiful sunsets that rival Key West. It is very clean with all of the modern appliances. It has one bedroom with a queen sized bed and a queen sized pull-out sofa in the living room. you would have full membership access to the Cabana Club with beach, pool, cabana bar, etc. (My sister and I co-own our Key Colony Beach home and she is also a homeforexchange member, listing #689.)

Ideally located as a base for exploring the beautiful Florida Keys. Miami or Ft. Lauderdale is where most people fly into and we are a 2 hour drive south from there. Key West, located at the south end of the Keys, is a short 1 hour drive south from our place and has much to offer in the way of nightlife and shopping...not to mention the famous sunsets at Mallory Square. Key Colony Beach has a public par 3 golf course and tennis courts. We belong to the Cabana Club which is less than half a mile away and offers a sandy beach, heated pool, jacuzzi, cabana bar, billiards and arcade games. A world class dolphin research facility is less than 15 minutes away at Grassy Key. The fishing capital of the world is in Islamorada which is about 30 minutes away. Something about ourselves

We are Tom and Kathy, a middle-aged couple with two children, ages 23 and 19. We own a medical transcription business in Indiana which is our primary residence. Both of our children are now in college; one is an undergrad and the older is in grad school. With some extra free time at this point in our lives, we look forward to traveling and exploring our country and beyond. When their schedules permit, one or both of our children will be traveling with us as well. As our Key Colony Beach home is a second home, we do not require a simultaneous exchange.
