This home in Florida is our second home and holiday getaway. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and is approx 1100 sq ft. It is located in a quiet subdivision known as Ravenswood Estates. Newly renovated it has hardwood floors with the exception of the bathrooms which have tile. This air conditioned home with its many amenities will provide you with a memorable holiday experience.

Quiet and well kept, the surroundings are condusive to a relaxing holiday. Ravenswood provides pool and tennis court. A supermarket within walking distance and public transport close by are convenient however a car is the best for most activities. Driving to beaches 15 minutes, 5 Star restaurants 20 minutes, shopping malls and specialty stores 20 minutes. Further away Daytona Speedway 2.5 Hours, Cape Cavaveral 3 Hours and Disney World 4.5 hours.We are also only 30 minutes drive from Miami. Something about ourselves

I am a retired director of volunteer resources and my husband is semi retired from the construction and enviromental industry. We like to travel and visit new places. We usually travel with another retired couple who share our interests. Previous non simultaneous exchanges have been rewarding and enjoyable .This time we are planing a cruise from Barcelona oct 20 2013 and would like to spend 2 to 3 weeks in southern europe first
