Our condo is a first-floor, corner unit with central heat/air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room (including the lanai), tile in main living area and carpeted bedrooms. The master suite has a king-sized bed, lots of storage - two closets with mirrored, sliding doors, wood dresser with four drawers, cable TV/DVD, alarm clock/radio,and built-in ironing board w/iron. The private, full master bath has a large, tiled shower w/marble seat and marble sink/countertop. The second bedroom has a full-sized murphy bed and a closet w/sliding mirrored doors. The second full bathroom has a pedestal sink and tub/shower. The main living area is an open floor plan with full kitchen (tons of cookware, appliances and serviceware); dining room table seats four; living room has a futon which converts into a queen-size bed, rattan bookcase/display and entertainment center w/cable TV/DVD. The living room opens to a private 18ft x 18ft garden and screened lanai through a 12-foot wide window/door. Our unique, gated community has a swimming pool w/shower, large deck/garden area with umbrella tables, lounge chairs and two outdoor grills. We have a portable baby bed, high chair, stroller, lots of beach and pool floats/toys/games as well as a beach umbrella and two beach chairs for your use.

We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood on the peninsula of South Tampa. There are two major shopping malls (Westshore Plaza and International Mall) 5 and 10 minutes away. The interstate is 5 minutes, Tampa International Airport-15 minutes, white sand beaches-30 to 45 minutes (over scenic Tampa Bay), and lots of museums, restaurants, Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, The Florida Aquarium, Lowry Park Zoo, MOSI (Museum of Science and Industry), Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Dinosaur Land, Historic Ybor City, four to 14-day Caribbean cruises sail from Tampa Cruise Terminal...Disney and Seaworld are a one-hour drive.
