Newly remodeled with open and spacious living room formal dining area,dining/kitchen area.This home was purchased 3/1/2013. This home is much better and larger than the home that we have traded in the past, This is a golf course home in a security guarded subdivision.Wonderful areas to walk and ride bicycles. Beautiful beaches (6 mile),2 kayak's for your use,A mens and 2 womens bicycles,fishing,and watch the manatees (gentle endangered aquatic mammals). 20 Min to NASA, 60 Min to Orlando attractions, (See Mickey Mouse and Universal Studios also Sea World). Many good golf courses nearby,(home is on a public course) we have three set of clubs for your use.This is a second home, availability is good. Located near the Atlantic Ocean. Convenient airports are MLB (Melbourne) and MCO (Orlando)Sanford Orlando.Great shopping and dining within 3 min drive. All the big shopping names.The complex has two tennis courts and a very nice pool heated year round for your enjoyment.Surfing can be very good but as in all cases it is spotty.Spring Major league base ball Washington Nationals are here late Feb to March only 10 mins. to stadium.Our neighbor hood is where people live and work. There are touristy areas near by but this is a place to relax and enjoy Florida living.

We are in Centeral Florida which means that winters are warm and great for golf, hiking,walking the miles of beaches, bicycle riding a trips to the great amusement attractions in Orlando(Disney,Universal,Sea World).There are days where the highs can reach 85 degrees and a trip to the beach is order. Orlando is only a one hour drive there is the most unbelievable shopping in Orlando in the outlet malls and huge indoor malls. People who have the currency advantage like the Euro can buy the very best products at unbelievable prices. Good to buy a suite case and fill it with new clothes while you are here.
