Have it all!! 1,750 SF two story condo on the water, 3 bedroms (1 king and two queen beds), 2.5/baths, sleeps 6. Newly remodeled with open and spacious living room and dining/kitchen area. All bedrooms are on 2nd floor. Beautiful beaches (1 mile),2 kayak's for your use,A mens and womens bicycles,fishing,and watch the manatees (gentle indangered aquatic mammals) in your backyard. 20 Min to NASA, 60 Min to Orlando attractions, (See Mickey Mouse). Many good golf courses nearby, we have three set of clubs for your use.This is a second home, availiblity is good. Located on Atlantic barrier island. Convenient airports are MLB (Melbourne) and MCO (Orlando).Great shopping within 10 min drive. All the big shopping names.The condo complex has two tennis courts and a very nice pool for your enjoyment.Surfing can be very good but as in all cases it is spotty.Spring Major league base ball Washington Nationals are here late Feb to March only 10 mins. to stadium.

Located in Waterway Townhouse Condos. Just south of Patrick Airforce Base and Cocoa Beach. Relaxing atmosphere but close to all area attractions. Near the attraction but is in quiet neighborhood. Boat slips & turn basin in back of condo, very peaceful!Very nice grocery and retail stores nearby.Numerous resturants in area. You will need a car.The last photo's are of manatees in the backyard. We have had as many as 14 at one time. Many mothers with calves. Catch fish from the pier IT IS FUN! Kayak starting just steps from the back door. There are miles of canals and bays to explore! There are good surfing beaches within two miles. Something about ourselves

We are Bill & Paula McClard (seniors). We are in the commercial real estate business in Northwest Arkansas. We love to travel and see the world. Have traveled to Europe several times and loved every minute. We enjoy playing golf, fishing, beachcombing & attend sporting events. We also enjoy a quite evening of reading or watching a movie.
