Great for kids. Formal living room w/16 foot ceilings and baby grand piano; Den/family room perfect for relaxing with the family; Formal dining room which seats 8.
Back patio area has cushioned lounge chairs, patio furniture, and a grill. Beautiful palms and flowers such as hibiscus and a wide variety of fresh herbs perfect for using in our chef's kitchen.

Our neighborhoodCLOSE TO WATERFRONT - CHARMING neighborhood with large grand oak trees sprawling from house to house and along the street. Walk to restaurants and shops as well as 1/2 block to the world famous Bayshore Boulevard where bicyclists, rollerskaters, walkers and runners flock year round. Bask in the sun while taking an afternoon stroll along the waterfront watching cruise ships go by and experience the beauty of the historic mansions along the Bayshore. Only 30 minutes to white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St. Petersburg as well as 60 minutes to all the Disney and Orlando attractions. Fine dining and family friendly activities are numerous with perfect sunny and warm weather much of the year. Downtown is a 5 minute drive or easily accessible by bicycle or a long walk.

Something about ourselvesMy husband Ed and I have lived in this home for almost 5 years. Our children are young adults and live out of state. Traveling is one of our favorite activities, but we also enjoy great food and wine. We are both active, Ed jogs along the Bayshore several days a week and I participate in a daily morning exercise class less than 5 minutes away. We enjoy walking to our favorite restaurants and visiting with our friends.
Most of all, we really enjoy living in our home where we relax and unwind in the back patio reading a book, enjoying a glass of wine and Ed with an occasional cigar (outside of course!). I love to cook and can often be found watching the Food Network, Travel Channel or Fine Living on our flat screen TV while cooking up something new and interesting from my many cookbooks I enjoy collecting.
