We offer a waterfront one bedroom condo directly on the beach. Beach activities abound. The condo is on the top floor (seven) with a large well furnished balcony for relaxing enjoyment. The unit is furnished in top of the line furnishings. The kitchen is fully equiped.

Our neighborhood
Beachfront activities. Golf, swimming, tennis, both casual and fine restaurants, good night life, outstanding shopping. The views from the balcony are some of the most picturesqe that can be seen. We are Chelly and Jeff both retired. Chelly is a retired Social Services administrator and currently does part-time counsulting. Jeff is a retired chief Financial officer for a four year college. He currently is doing some part-time lobbying in Florida's capital city. Both enjoy travel and have exchanged numerous times.
