Description of our house

Our home is located on the LPGA Golf Course on the 15th fairway. Large home with open design. Pool with spacious lanai with deck chairs and grill. Large veranda 18x24 added in 2011 adjacent to the pool. The guest side of our home has a bedroom with a queen bed and un suite private bath. Also second bedroom with two Twin beds plus twin pullups. This bedroom has another un suite private bath. Fully equipped kitchen. Family room with wide screen TV and cable. A Bose music systems in our family room and den with DVD players. We have a weekly lawn service and timed sprinkler system for our lawn. Want our guests to be very cautious with pool with their children as we are with our own grandchildren. Prefer older children, not toddlers. Sorry- No pets. ** Car exchange possible. Non smoking home.

We are both retired professionals (66 & 67). We are golfers and belong to the LPGA golf club. Our club is open to the public so you can play golf if you like the game.(We have clubs to use) Travel hopefuls: PA/DE Italy,Germany,Wyoming, Montana, Surprise us!!
