View miles of white sand beach from your 5th floor balcony and studio condo with lift. 1 hour drive to Orlando and Florida's best attractions: Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, Universal Studios, NASA Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral, & St. Augustine (America's oldest city). This is a second home, so EXCHANGES NEED NOT BE SIMULTANEOUS. Flat is furnished with a king sized bed and a sofa bed with all linens provided; a kitcheonette (2 burner stove, full sized refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, coffeemaker, toaster, toater oven, table & chairs, all cookware provided); Bathroom with tub & shower, separate dressing room; balcony has table & chairs; 37 inch flatscreen cable TV. WiFi is provided. Beautiful, very closeup views of wide white sand beach and ocean from both your balcony and inside the flat. First floor of building features a lobby and security system, and Laundry Room. Oceanfront Pool. View fireworks from the Main Street pier from your balcony during the summer. Trolley or Bus (stops in front of Condo Building)will take you around Daytona Beach & to the Boardwalk, Piers, Amusement Park with carnival rides, Waterpark, Baseball Park, and the famous NASCAR Daytona International Speedway. Walk to miniature golf (where you can feed alligators), restaurants, bars, grocery store & shopping. Public golf courses nearby. Due to some physical limitations, we wish to stay in the HISTORIC City Center area of Dublin only, where we can EASILY WALK to some tourist areas in 10 or 15 minutes.
