The apartment is in a splendind situation--across from the Kennedy centre for the performing arts, near a university and one of the chic shopping/dining areas of Washington. I am recently retired and looking to relocate to Italy. I am open to the exact location, although do want it to be in a warm climate. I would prefer a year's exchange in a furnished flat.
