Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood outside Washington DC. We are a short ride on the Metro train to the city where you can tour the Smithsonian Museum or take a river cruse down the Potomac River. We are not far from Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay. Our home is modern and includes all the appliances and conveniences. We have a screened porch and deck overlooking a large garden.

We are a couple in our 60's and both retired. We are both trained as musicians and Gary is recently retired as Chairman of the music department at a local college. We have two grown sons who live in the area and would be glad to help you with any questions. We have done nearly 20 exchanges in the past and have always had a wonderful experience.
