Hello, we are Geri and Tom. Our house is a well kept 4 bedroom 2.5 bath with a family room that walks out to a brick patio and lovely back yard. We have an eat-in kitchen, a more formal dining area, and teak furniture to lounge on the patio. There is a large family room overlooking the patio that has a fire place and comfortable leather furniture. You will find everything you need in the well equipped kitchen, and we have bikes and 2 golf sets available for your use.

We live in Rockville, Maryland, which is about 10 miles from downtown Washington DC. From our house, it is a short metro trip to all the sites in Washington, a 45 minute drive to Baltimore or Annapolis, 1.5 hours to Skyline Drive in the Shenendoahs and Appalachian Trail, 1.5 hours to the Eastern Shore area, or 3 hours to the Atlantic Ocean beaches. You could spend weeks just exploring the Smithsonian and all the Washington has to offer including night life. We have available an extensive list of things to do in the area for any interests, and will be happy to provide directions to get there. Something about ourselves

About us: Tom is a Civil Engineer with a specialty in bridges working for an Engineering Firm in Baltimore and has a special interest in history and sports. Geri is a Computer Analyst working for an Insurance Firm in Rockville and is an avid bicyclist. We are both 55 years old, very active, very responsible and completely dependable, currently still working, but looking forward to our impending retirement. We would welcome exchange offers from just about anywhere. For 2013, we are interested in a few domestic exchanges and also a trip to Europe, but we will not limit ourselves as we are open to anything. We will take good care of your home. We have no pets and are a non-smoking couple.
