My condo is on the top floor of a three story complex. The interior has been completely renovated. It is comfortable, warm and inviting. Upstairs there are two master bedrooms with private bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped where you will find everything you need to dine at home. There is a balcony off the living room with seating overlooking the tree tops. In the living room there is a nice size TV with cable service and a fireplace for building a cozy fire. There is no elevator so it is not appropriate for someone who can't manage stairs.

Boulder is a delightful place to visit with everything to offer from magnificent hiking and biking trails to fine dining and shopping. The condo is at the bottom of Pearl St which is in the heart of the city. Walk across the street to a charming coffee shop or swim at the public pool next door. Boulder offers wonderful restaurants, shops and a beautiful river walk which meanders for miles through the city. The city is home to the University of Colorado, making it an academic destination with one of the highest per capita levels of education. You could walk to everything but a car is desirable for exploring all the surrounding towns and ski areas. Something about ourselves

I am a 62 year old female artist. I live in Miami, Florida most of the year but spend part of my time in Boulder to be near my grandchildren. I am looking forward to traveling more and I am open to any destination. My schedule is completely flexible. I have a son and daughter-in-law moving to New York City soon so I would be interested in an apartment in Manhattan or Brooklyn to visit them anytime.
