This is a very modern condo apartment located within 2 blocks of the center of the town and also the ski lift. Our area is very popular in both winter and summer. If you are a biker (over 100 miles of bike paths to all the local towns), golfer, hicker, or shopper you will love this historic mining village which has developed into one of the primary ski locations in the USA and also destination for people with a desire for adventure. The town is blessed with many, many restaurants and pubs. The condo is built for relaxation and enjoyment. It features 3 TV's, gas fireplace, WiFi and picnic area within 10' of our front door. The complex has two hottubs, work out area, and swimming pool.

The town is situated in the mountains (over 9600' high)and is a magnet for vacationers. We have free bus service for both the town and nearby towns. There is a free gondola that operates in both winter and summer up the mountain for skiers, hickers and bikers. Outdoor adventurers will be busy eithern climbing four teeners, biking, fishing (flycasting) and golfing during the daytime and shopping, dining and pub hoping in the evening. We, Vince and Barb, are both retired and moved to Breckenridge to enjoy the numerous activities and restaurants. This will be our first home exchange but we are excited about the prospect.
