Description of our house
Our Frisco townhome is a cozy mountain retreat. There is a beautiful view of Mount Royal and walking accessibility to Historic Main Street and all of Frisco. The townhome is on the local bike path and there is a free bus system where visitors can ride to Historic Breckenridge; to Keystone; and to Silverthore, where there is outlet shopping. Also within walking distance of our townhome are no less than a half dozen mountain trailheads for more hiking and mountain biking than you can imagine. And, it goes without saying, Colorado skiing is some of the best in the world!

Frisco is a small, historic Colorado mining town surrounded by mountains and walking distance to Lake Dillon. It sits 9098 feet above sea level. It is in the heart of Summit County, surrounded by the famous Colorado Rocky Mountains. Frisco is an excellent central location for exlporing the Rockies. The world famous ski town of Vail is just 30 minutes away. Visitors can walk all over the town of Frisco; Main Street is just a 5 minute walk. There is a bikepath system throughout Summit County, covering more than 50 miles of paved paths going anywhere from Frisco to Vail; to Breckenridge; to Keystone and to Silverthorne. This is an outdoor enthusiasts heaven with hiking, biking and mountain biking. The free bus can also get visitors the their choice of two recreation center that have large swimming pools, excerise rooms, basketball courts, tennis court. Something about ourselves
We are a family of 5. Nils is an Emergency Medicine Physician; Sandra is a mother at home; Lucas is 17; Spencer is 15 Tess is 13. We enjoy the outdoors all year around. We are avid skiers, mountain bikers, road cyclists, hikers and fly fishers. We love to travel and are happy to consider any offer. Because we have unlimited access to mountains and skiing, items our hope to exchange with owners of warm climate properties or summer for winter.
