Our townhome is new, open, comfortable, quiet and only 20 minutes from. We have lived here for 2 years now and enjoy it more each day. It feels very spacious and cozy at same time. It was built in 2002 and is part of a well designed townhome community. Children are welcome in our home. All sorts of toys, books, and games await a family with children.

We are at the end of a townhome community that is surrounded by open space. We are within short walking distance of the city recreation center. There is a small population of rabbits that share our space. Our neighbors are friendly and my wife is in the neighborhood book club. We are in a suburb of Boulder, but because our neighborhood is on open space we sense we are in the country. Boulder County's Children's Museum is six blocks away. Boulder and Denver are great cities to visit. We are 13 miles from the mountains. Rocky Mountain National Park is an hour from our house. Skiing in winter and hiking in the spring, summer, and fall, the area has much beauty to offer. Something about ourselves

There are 3 in our home now. Lu is a librarian. John is a software engineer. Our child is seven and is having lots of fun these days. We enjoy our community of Lafayette. We have two cats, Issie and Sadie. Our lives are very full. We don't have a television because we do not have much time to watch it. Life is good. We think some trips to new places would make it even better. We like to travel during the summer when school is out and for one week during the end of year holiday break.
