Right in the center of LA; our home is a spacious 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in a wonderful high rise condo. We live on the 12th floor which makes for an amazing view. Our apartment faces the east so you will wake up to beautiful morning light. The master bedroom has a very comfortable queen size bed and an attached master bathroom with a full bath tub. Our second bedroom has a portable queen size bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway and has a stand up shower. We have a gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator/freezer. You will have access to all common areas including tennis courts, a heated pool and jacuzzi, a BBQ/picnic area and a gym. On site we have washers and dryers, dry cleaners, and a small grocery store.

We are in walking distance to: the Walt Disney Concert Hall, The Museum of Contemporary Art, Staples Center (home of the Los Angeles Lakers, Clippers, and Kings), LA Live which features a movie theater, restaurants, bars, and exceptional night life. We are a 15 minute subway ride to Hollywood blvd, where you can see the walk of fame, the famous Grauman's Chinese Theatre, and take a sight seeing tour. California's well known Venice Beach and Santa Monica Pier are only a 20 minute drive, and if you're willing to drive 30-40 minutes you will find the beautiful Malibu beach. We also have plenty of mountains with hiking trails, one of the most popular hikes is in Griffith Park where you can hike up to the Hollywood sign and experience breathtaking views of the city. We are a couple in our 30's, and we LOVE to travel. We enjoy experiencing new cultures and places. We love being active: hiking/swimming/tennis. I work in athletics, he works in entertainment and we have a great time merging our crazy lives together. This is our first time exchanging our home for vacation and we are excited to find a good swap!
