Our home is a clean and cozy one bedroom and one bathroom guest house that is located above our three car garage located on the same property that we reside in. Don't worry, you will have complete privacy as there is a seperate entrance to the unit. We have outfitted the apartment to be complete with all that you would need to be comfortable. The bedroom has a queen size sleep number bed, walk in closet, dresser, chair and a 32 inch flat screen TV with remote for your enjoyment. The living area is combined with a open layout of the kitchen and dining area. A semi-private nook is at the top of the stairs with a writing desk and single, convertible bed. This area has a slanted ceiling and kids appear to really love it, they call it there "secret room". The kitchen has granite counter tops, side by side fridge, stove and over the stove built in microwave. The dining area is a small two seater table that extends with leafs for a larger setting. High speed internet is included along with free local and long distance private land line telephone. A 42 inch TV is wall mounted in the living room and both TVs have full cable channels for your enjoyment. In the Bathroom is a travertine tile/bath area and a stackable washer and dryer in a seperate closed "closet" type area. All linens, towels, kitchen items and such are here for your use.

This is a family compound as Elizabeth's father would say. The property has been in the family since 1960 but the home was built in 2007. Our guest house is located in the unique and desirable neighborhood of Lemon Heights in the hills of North Tustin, California. Our area is considered a "country" type of area with its large eucalyptus trees, hilly terrain and curvy roads. Elizabeth's brother and his family are right next door and between the two properties there are over 80 fruit bearing trees, all of different varieties. We enjoy fresh eggs from our 13 chicken whom are located on the property. Within a 5 minute walk is a local neighborhood park with large grassy areas and a play ground for the children. A 10 minute park takes you to a large regional park that is great for mountain biking, hiking and walking. Don't worry, we are not that far in the "boonies" we are just a few miles from all the local stores and easy access to the freeways. Something about ourselves

We, Ron, an Engineer and Elizabeth, a Registed Nurse in hospice care are still active in our working careers but do enjoy traveling to locations that are near and far. Beside travel we enjoy gardening, museums and family. We love to meet new people and love to live life! Although our three children are grown, they may join us on some exchanges. We take pride in our home and welcome the opportunity to exchange our little piece of heaven for yours. Since this is a guest house, we do not need to do a simultaneous exchange and are open to weekend trips that we could drive to from Southern California along with longer stays that may be farther away.
