My home, actually 4 bedrooms. Swimming pool, double garage, high speed int. 4 HD TV's, 2 bikes his and hers. Turn key, security system, location, only way to describe it is (great) for shopping, golf, restaurants, major shopping on El Paseo, walking distance. Weather in April 85-70. My house photo's and grounds will make you want to be here. Stereo inside and out at the pool. My car a like new 2000 Honda accord with only 80,000 miles, maybe we can swap cars???? Palm Springs is 15 min away. I live in Palm Desert, LA is 2 hrs. San Diego is also 2 hrs. here in p.d. April is probably the best weather in the world????? Why do I want to go to Italy, only reason it is good for my schedule. Ciao, James Vincent R. NO SMOKING . MY HOUSE IS GREAT FOR EITHER 2 OR 4 TRAVELERS WE ARE ALSO 2 HRS. TO SAN DIEGO AND LOS ANGELES, AND 4 HRS TO PHOENIX, ALSO 2.5 HRS. TO MEXICO ALL BY CAR.

I live on a closed street, close to everything you would want or need on your stay. Golf, shopping, sightseeing, weather (the best) parks, walking biking, oh did I mention shopping, then we have shopping get it. You just have to want to be here and you will never forget Palm Desert in April, oh did I mention the weather, oh yes the weather, I have been reading some requests on the site and all seem to say weather, and surprise us, well there is no surprise in p.d. as to the weather. Deena and I also VISIT CHAPALA, MEXICO IN June - Oct. and I want to visit my family in Conegliano, N. Italy next summer. I have been there 4-5 time and the last was for a month. I need a month. Italy is to far to go to stay any shorter of time. No children with us they are all grown up and on their own. THERE WILL ONLY BE TWO OF US TRAVELING TO ITALY FOR THE MONTH. MY HOUSE IS SMOKE FREE. 2 OR 4 TRAVELERS IS GREAT HOUSE
