Our 2 bedroom condo was built in 1984, and is in the middle of the block overlooking a large courtyard, including a large redwood tree. Its very quiet for the heart of San Francisco.

Our condo is in the Mission District, one of San Francisco's trendiest neighborhoods. We are one block off of Valencia Street, the main commercial street. Excellent restaurants, bars, bookstores, art galleries, coffee houses and shopping are all within a short walking distance. Dolores Park is 3 blocks away, and the historic Mission Dolores is just 1 block away. We are 2 blocks from BART (the local metro system) and several major bus lines. Something about ourselves

We are a married couple in our late-forties. My wife is a teacher, and we are looking to go somewhere warm over Christmas break. Mexico, Central America, Hawaii, the Caribbean, all sound good. We might consider New Orleans or NYC too.
