Nestled comfortably in between the beach, state park and a lake, our finely decorated and clean condo provides a highly pleasing home away from home. It is decorated with love and care and most items are new. We are very proud of it. It is located in a secluded part of the complex and is decorated in a classy Eurupean stype with a hand carved marble fireplace. The artwork and upscale furnishings provides a comfortable feeling. The heated pool can be viewed and enjoyed from the front porch. Wildlife include deer, raccoons, ducks, geese, many migrating birds, some which can be fed. It has one bedroom, one bath and a leather pull out sofa. The kitchen has a range and oven, microwave, refigeratot, coffee maker, ostorizer and toaster. It is fully stocked with quality utensils. A swimming pool isocated just outside our door. We love our Condo.

Walking trails, beach fishing (with permit), and the wintering Monarch Butterflies are so close! ATV and cars are allowed on the nearby beach while a mile away no cars are allowed. Many restaurants, supermarkets, and Factory Outlet Stores, Waterpark, MeloDrama, Casino, Hearst castle, Madonna Inn, Amtrak Train Station, and Elephant Seals are nearby. Cal Poly University is located in San Louis (15-20 minutes by car) where the temperature frequently range from 80-100 degrees F offered many upscale restaurants and shops. This is wine country with many wineries and vineyards. Santa Barbara and San Francisco are about 2 hours away by car. We are Tammy and David, a married couple with one teenager. We are both professionals(real estate appraisers) David and Hannah enjoy travelling. Tammy can take only so much. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange some way in advance in order to get to know our fellow exchangers via email first to see how best we can facilitate their stay in the US.
