Our beautiful townhouse has gorgeous views of Mt. Tamalpais from the living room and the master bedroom. From the living room upstairs deck, you can view the bay and sailboats on the water. Our home has a bath/shower in the master bedroom and a shower for the guest room, both downstairs. Both baths have been recently remodeled. The guest bedroom has a full futon that is covered with a memory foam mattress and very comfortable. We call it our "green room" because our beautiful Zen garden is just outside its glass doors. There is a third bathroom upstairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything and anything you might need to settle in and cook with. We have flat panel TVs in almost every room, including a 42 inch in the living room. The house is carpeted throughout and professionally cleaned every two weeks.

Sausalito truly is on the "other" end of the Golden Gate Bridge so all of San Francisco is just minutes away. It is a gorgeous small village that sits on Richardson Bay, just 3 (water) miles north of San Francisco. We are on the north end of town, within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, beaches, and shopping. One can either drive, take a bus, or a ferry, to San Francisco. Californiaq's famous wine country is very close, about 45 minutes to either the Napa or Sonoma Valley and just a bit farther to Healdsburg and the Dry Creek Valley. Something about ourselves

Jerry and I are close to retirement age and love to travel. I am a teacher, and Jerry has practiced law for 35 years. We lived and traveled on a sailboat for three years in the South Pacific several years ago. We have traveled many places, including North America, Africa, and Europe, but not New York! We have been married for 30 years, love the outdoors, and adventures of any sort. We did a house exchange for a month in France a few years ago, and it was a wonderful experience. We have also exchanged in the US with great success. We have a second home in Incline Village, Nevada (Lake Tahoe), listing #15902, that we also exchange. We love feeling like a part of the community we are visiting and will treat your home as if it were our own.
