I have a resort like condo in the heart of Los Angeles City. It is in "Little Tokyo/Art District" close to all that the city has to offer. My one bedroom, one bath 850 square feet (79 Sq meters) unit is in a secure building with 24 hour security. It has very large one bedroom with a sofa that that makes in to a full size bed. There is underground secure parking. The complex is known as The Savoy and you can check it out at http://www.savoyhoa.com My unit overlooks the pool and Jacuzzi, and you will have access to gym, recreation room, and the media room with 15 large comfortable chairs. From the roof garden (see photo) you can see the high-rise buildings of Los Angeles while you enjoy a glass of wine in comfortable garden seats. You will have fast internet DSL and laser optic cable TV. There is a 42 inch HD flat screen in living room and a 36 inch HD flat screen in bedroom. There is a washer/dryer in the unit and a good size bathroom. You will be in the heart of LA but feel like you are in a resort in Cancun. Non-simultaneous exchange available.
