This home is in Silver Lake, LA's hippest place to be. It looks out toward the Hollywood Sign and Griffith Park Observatory. There are numerous cafes, restaurants, movie theaters, and night spots a stone's throw away, yet it's a quiet area with a feeling of seclusion and privacy. The Music Center Theater Group and Disney Concert Hall are 15 minutes away by car. The house lies directly below Griffith Park, one of LA's main attractions, with golf courses, tennis courts, horseback riding, hiking trails, picnic areas and outdoor concerts at The Hollywood Bowl. The hill where the property sits is a fairly steep one and unless you're in good physical condition and want to use the hill for exercise, which some do, a car would be advisable. I'm a single, adult male and a Realtor, with my office in Beverly Hills. I've been in the profession for 25 years and particularly enjoy the freedom to travel it affords me. I've been to many places around the globe, from Africa to the South Pacific and have an affinity for the large cities like London, Paris and New York, where I lived for several years. I like to do a 'theater/museum run' once a year to London or NYC, which is my main purpose in joining this site. I don't smoke or have pets and am looking for the same in an exchange.
