My home for 16 years continues to be a haven of sunshine, cozy space and fresh comfort. The enclosed courtyard patio, peaceful day and night, offers roses and citrus fruit, herbs, and starlight. This is a home for those who like simple and smart decor, fires in the winter and open air and sunshine in the warm months. It is not pretentious, but it is full of special possessions and personal art that I like to share. The Master bedroom has a King bed; the 2 guest bedrooms have Queen beds. Master Bath has a jacuzzi and a large walk-in shower. The roofdeck offers gorgeous sunset views of the ocean and fun custom furniture for hanging out.

The best location!!!! 3 blocks from the ocean with sand beaches or rocky cliffs and grassy parks. Or walk into La Jolla Village with restaurants, cafes, shops, galleries, salons, churches and all conveniences. Tennis courts and library and museum are just 2 blocks down the street. The location is perfect for walking and not needing a car if you stay in La Jolla Village. The freeway is 10 minutes from the house for all other San Diego areas of interest. Picnic and play in the tidepools, watch the seals and sea lions in their natural habitat, or boogie board...all within walking distance. Something about ourselves
