My home is a delightful, bright, and charming beach cottage built in the 1920's. It is beautifully decorated and has a large yard with a deck, barbeque, and comfortable seating. It sleeps 4 comfortably and has 1 bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen features a Viking Stove and large refrigerator. The living room has a 46" flat screen TV with HD television and the bedroom also has a flat screen TV to enjoy. It is located within walking distance to the main village, beach, restaurants, museums, art galleries, shopping, and free public transportation. You can walk downtown for breakfast every morning then head for the beach in the afternoon. In the evening, you can walk to to dinner in one of the fabulous restaurants then head to the famous Pageant of the Masters and the Festival of the Arts which are held during the summer months.

Our neighborhood
Laguna Beach is an idyllic beach colony set against beautiful mountains. The village was settled in the 1920's by artists drawn to Laguna by the beautiful light and scenery. The town has maintained it's quaint artistic qualities, while still being one of the most desirable places to visit along the California coast. My cottage is located within walking distance to the beach and the charming village as well as world class restaurants, museums, art galleries, and shopping. The beaches here have recently been voted cleanest of all the west coast. The city offers free trolley transportation, which makes it fun to go out, jump on the quaint trolleys, and explore all that Laguna has to offer. My neighborhood is very safe for walking, friendly, and quiet. During the summer months, the town has many wonderful festivals, including the world renowned Pageant of the Masters, and the Festival of the Arts. Every Saturday, there is a fantastic farmers market in the town square. I am located 30 minutes from John Wayne Airport and Newport Beach. Laguna is between Los Angeles and San Diego. It is located about 30 miles from Disneyland and about 400 miles from San Francisco. Something about ourselves
I am a 49 year old single lady who loves travel and adventure. I am a teacher and have the summer months and Christmas Holiday available to exchange my wonderful cottage for another home and cultural experience. I will be mostly traveling alone, but may have a visitor or two while I am staying in your home.
