We offer a large and beautiful two-storied spanish-style house in Torrance county of the larger Los Angeles area. We have three very large bedrooms on the second floor, two are currently used as bedrooms whereas the third one is used as an office. There is one large living room/dining area on the first floor with a modern kitchen. The first floor has a wooden floor, whereas upstairs is carpeted. We also have a nice small backyard with a barbecue. We also have a cleaning lady who comes in every two weeks.

Torrance is centrally located for people who wish to visit all of Southern California and its prime destinations. It is noted that driving a car is required here in Los Angeles because the city is so large with tourist spots sprinkled all over the map. Specifically (with one-way times given when driving a car with no traffic), we are approximately: 1) 10-20 minutes to the beautiful Southern California beaches 2) 25 minutes to Disneyland, 3) 30 minutes to Los Angeles downtown 4) 40 minutes to Santa Monica and its beaches 5) 40 minutes to Hollywood 6) 40 minutes to Beverly Hills 7) 40 minutes to the large Los Angeles Chinatown (known as Monterey Park) 8) 45 minutes to Universal Studios, 9) 1.5 hours to San Diego (Sea World and San Diego Zoo) and vicinity 10) 4 hours to Las Vegas, 11) 10-15 minutes away from the airport. Our home is situated in a very nice and quiet family-style residential neighborhood. In addition, Torrance is well known for Japanese restaurants (and we believe it to have the best Japanese food outside of Japan) with all types of ethnic cuisine available. Finally, we believe that the weather here is perfect (in the 70's Fahrenheit, far enough from the beach so is not cold and close enough to the coast so is not hot). Something about ourselves

We are a family of 4 with two beautiful daughters, ages 10 and 4. I am of Chinese descent, born in Nicaragua then moved to the USA, while my wife is Japanese. We love traveling and eating. My wife is a high school teacher (Japanese language) and so that's why we have the summer months available to travel. We also have 2 lovely cats that are cuddly and friendly.
