A beautiful, luxurious refuge from the moment you open the door. Kitchen with granite countertops and travertine floors flows into dining area, separated by L-shaped white leather viewing sofa. Floor-to-ceiling views of Balboa Park are reflected in the mirrored wall along the entire length. Master suite, library with books, musical instruments, miniature ping pong table and double mattress queen-sized inflatable bed. Two full baths, one with tub; one with shower. Cable TV's in Master, Library, Kitchen, (150+) channels. Only (3) condos on each floor with 12th floor rec room, gym and fabulous harbor views. Shared free laundry room on each floor for those units only. All yours Tuesdays and Fridays with open day Sunday for whomever needs it. OK to drive our 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman S.

Security hi-rise on 6th Avenue. Residences on one side, the park on the other. Not too busy a street as the buses use 5th Avenue behind us. Top of the city hill just minutes from the airport, downtown, the harbor and across the street from 1400 acres of public parklands, home of the San Diego Zoo, Natural History Museums, Art Museums, Stage and Puppet Theatres, IMAX/Aerospace Museum, fine dining, fabulous gardens and cloisters aline the main boulevard. Coronado Island, Sea World, the bay and beaches are just a short drive. With the car you can travel to Disneyland, L.A., and in between. I'm a Realtor for Century 21 and my spouse manages a construction company specializing in custom glazing. We're in our 50's and travel to London every year for a couple of weeks. We're currently seeking a trade in March, April or May of 2011 for (15) days and have a second home in the East County, in case of non-simultaneous trade.
