We look forward to sharing our home with you and your family. We have a 4 bedroom, 3 full bathroom home that features a very open floor plan for easy living and entertaining. Downstairs features a large living room with a cozy fireplace, a spacious kitchen with an island counter, family room with TV and informal dining area, as well as a bathroom and shower. The attatched garage features a full gym and treadmill for the fitness enthusiast. Our backyard is complete with pool, jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen/bar-b-que. We also enjoy using the outdoor firepit while sharing a drink or roasting marshmallows. Upstairs consists of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and reclining rocking chair. Also included in the master bedroom is a computer station with high speed internet, and TV set. A large bonus room is used to share two twin beds and features a loveseat that we love to use to read bedtime stories. The room is loaded with toys that our two young boys love. The other two bedrooms feature a twin bed and a queen size bed, respectively. They also share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with full tub/shower.

We love our neighboor hood for many reasons, most importantly is it's location. We live 10 short minutes to the finest beaches in Southern California. We are also located approximately 15 minutes from Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Los Angeles is just over 1/2 hour North, San Diego is approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours South, and fantastic shopping is all around (4 shopping malls within a 15 minute drive). If you are interested in sports, enjoy a round of golf at the local courses (3 courses within 5 minutes and countless others a bit further), nearby tennis facilities, fishing (freshwater or ocean), boating, or any outdoor activity you can dream of. Kelly and I are busy parents of three children. I work in a nearby city as a firefighter. Kelly has the pleasure of working at Disneyland as an Athletic Trainer (sports medicine). She also spends time on tour with Lord of the Dance troupe 2, as their Athletic Trainer. Our daughter is 9, and our two boys are 6 and 4. They are very active in sports and dance. We spend a lot of our time enjoying the swimming pool during the summer and make frequent trips to the beach or Disneyland throughout the year. I grew up in this city and still have six brothers and sisters living in Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach. There is a reason no one wants to leave the area. There is just so much to do here and we try to do it all with our family. We would love to finally make a trip overseas to experience the world with our kids.
