Our home is ideally situated mid-way between Los Angeles and San Diego and only 10 minutes from Disneyland. Our backyard is spacious and ideal for family entertainment - pool, wading pool, spa, volleyball court, ping pong table, garden and dining areas. Interior is uncluttered and comfortable with amenities such as 3 LCD Flat Panel TVs. Housekeeper provided upon departure.

Our home is located in a safe and quiet suburban residential neighborhood. The best of what Southern California has to offer is 10 minutes to (no more than) 2 hours away - Disneyland, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Huntington Beach, and the local mountains and ski resorts. I (Fawn) and my husband (Verdi) have lived in this home for 27 years and raised our two sons here. They are both adults now (23 and 27) and living on their own. I am a community college counselor with the months of June and July free to travel. Verdi's work also allows him a lot of flexibility. We have traveled pretty extensively abroad and enjoy the opportunities that home exchange provides to experience new places in more intimate ways. Looking ahead to Summer 2012, we hope to travel with one of our sons and his wife. We're experienced home exchangers, good communicators, and very well organized.
