Completely renovated, our spacious home offers oak floors, big windows, 3 bedrooms, a fun kitchen for cooks, excellent entertaining spaces, and lots of books. Best of all, it has the California "must": a deep swimming pool already warm (80 F mid May) !!

Notre Maison ensoleillé et rafraichie par la brise océane, est idéalement situe près de la Marina de Los Angeles a 15 minutes de la plage.. Entièrement rénové avec un parquet en chêne et de large fenêtres, une cuisine toute nouvelle et spacieuse, une splendide cheminée et une bibliothèque géante pleine de livres passionnants parfaite pour des vacances studieuses (ou non!). Et bien sur, Californie oblige, une piscine profonde et déjà chaude (28 degrés a la mi Mai) .

Ours is a very quiet but friendly neighborhood with single-family homes and families. It is extremely safe -- you only have to protect yourself from the sun and the night breeze! In eastern Culver City, our place is well located, near the famous Los Angeles freeways connecting the beaches to the museums, galleries and restaurants of this exciting city. This is LA, a car is another "must" here.

Didier and Alka are a French-Indian-American couple who love to travel all over the World. "Civilized adventure" is an accurate description of the types of trips we take on (recently to Iran [Alka] and even Kabul & Herat [Afghanistan])! Our passions are photography and design -- we both love to create aesthetically pleasing spaces, and also capture images of them and of people and nature. Alka is a University professor teaching Architecture(hence all the books) and Didier is an engineer. Our most recent adventure is the birth of our daughter, who will experience Paris for the first time this year...
Nous somme (Didier et Alka) un couple Franco Américain (D'origine Indienne), passionné de voyages exotiques et lointains (récemment nous avons visité Kabul et Herat, Afghanistan). Nous partageons aussi la passion de la photographie, l'art, l'architecture, les sports au contact de la nature, la musique, les gents de tous Horizons. Alka est professeur d'architecture a l'université de Californie, Didier est un ingénieur.
