Spacious, clean and comfortable family home filled with books, games, music, art and photos. Ground floor has formal living room with baby grand piano, family room with cable TV (plasma), bathroom with walk-in shower, secluded patio with fountain, formal dining room, eat-in kitchen that opens to a wood deck with BBQ overlooking swimming pool, and a small office with a computer. Upstairs is the master bedroom with king-size bed and private bathroom with tub/shower, two other bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with a single bed, a second bathroom with shower and another small office with a computer.

Less than a 5 minute walk to local supermarket and bus stop, 10 minutes to local park with public tennis courts and golf course. Five minute drive to Beverly Hills or either of two large shopping malls with multiplex movie theaters; less than a 15 minute drive to the wide, sandy beaches of Santa Monica and Venice or to downtown Los Angeles, Hollywood or the Getty Museum. Dean and I (Margaret) have been married for 36 years and have two adult children. We recently retired from our careers in education. We have had nine successful house exchanges (seven in Europe). We like to travel, read, play bridge, and enjoy movies, museums, theater and dinner with friends.
