We offer a very centrally located typical San Fancisco Victorian home. It's pretty large and comfortable and we also have a ( shared as always in San Francisco) sunny garden. There is an en-suite bedroom and bath, 3 bedrooms and a second full bath. Home-cinema and high speed internet, Italian coffee machine! We also have a studio in case you're an artist, and a beloved baby grand piano.

Our neighborhood is ideally located in the heart of San Francisco, one block from beautiful Alamo Square and its famous row of Victorian Painted Ladies. It takes only 15/20 minutes walk to downtown, Haight-Ashbury, Golden gate Park, Pacific Heights or The Mission. There are 2 major bus lines right at the corner. Many restaurants and shopping are just within 3 blocks, down the street, as well as major venues like Opera, Ballet, Philarmonic and theaters . Groceries are around the corner and there are also big supermarkets at walking distance. Very trendy neighborhood with many funky San Franciscans to watch! Something about ourselves

We are a French/Belgian family of 6, relocated to San Francisco since 2006. Alain( 42) is managing a software company located in the hip Mission district. Isabella (39) is studying psychoanalysis, and is also an architect/designer. There are also Sasha, 13, Volodia, 9, Milo, 4, and baby Laslo. We all love art, architecture and good music. This would be our 10th exchange. All of them were successful and we made new friends. What better way to discover new places?
