We live in a newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath house on a lovely tree lined street in Torrance, California. We have a big backyard with a nice patio and Jacuzzi which is perfect for BBQ's and hanging out in the sun or for a nice relaxing evening. We have a 2 year old daughter so we can offer a family all the items needed for a vacation with a small child. We have 2 cars which would be available for you to use, both with navigation systems, one of which seats up to 6 people. We also have several bicycles available (beach cruisers and a Danish Cargo Bike).

Torrance is located in the South Bay portion of Los Angeles, 10 miles south of Los Angeles International Airport. The South Bay cities include Torrance, Redondo, Hermosa and Manhattan Beaches along with the beautiful Palos Verdes Peninsula. We are 4 miles away from gorgeous Torrance Beach which is next to great shopping and restaurants as well as a bike path that you can ride all the way to Santa Monica. Hollywood is only 25 miles away and Disneyland is also only 25 miles away. For longer trips you can easily go to San Diego or Santa Barbara which are both only about a 2 hour drive, Las Vegas is about a 4 hour drive, and San Fransisco is 6 hours. Something about ourselves

We are a married couple, Johnnie is a fireman here in Torrance, and I work for an insurance company. We have 2 children, a 15 year old son and 2 year old daughter. We have spent a lot of time traveling together and would love to continue to do so. We would like to travel within the U.S.A., Canada or Mexico this summer. We have had 2 successful exchanges with homes in Copenhagen, Denmark (a young couple and a small family) and a 3rd with a family from Munich, Germany.
