A recently remodeled 100 year old Art & Crafts style home filled with light- on 3 levels. Entry level contains living room with large plasma TV, DVD and stereo, sitting room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with large professional gas range, open dining area overlooking terrace with large gas grill overlooking garden. Upper level is master bedroom suite with terrace overlooking garden and full bath and WC. Lower level is large study or guest room with sofa bed, full bath, washer and dryer. Garden is quiet and peaceful with table and chairs and charcoal grill. We think you would enjoy our home as we do. No smoking.

We live within beautiful San Francisco surrounded by the bay in a very pleasant residential area. Baker Beach in the Presidio is 2 blocks away, beautiful Golden Gate Park with the new DeYoung museum is within a mile, the Palace of Legion of Honor Fine Arts Museum is a scenic walk 15 mins with vistas of the Golden Gate Bridge and the cityscape. Public transit, within one block, is 30 mins to downtown for shopping and theater. There are many fine restaurants nearby, international cinemas and world-class museums. Hiking with amazing vistas. We are Paul and Danice, retired software development managers. We want to see the world before we grow old. We love hiking, daily exercise, cooking, reading, good friends, other's children and pets, cinema, theater and seeing the world. We are flexible on travel plans and can sometimes work out non-simultaneous exchanges. We love meeting people everywhere. We take good care of our home and will do the same with yours.
