Located in the beach town of Ventura, our two bedroom, two bath home is warm and inviting. We live in a senior community located right at the marina, and can only exchange homes with someone who is at least 55 years of age. Our community has a pool and a spa. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, satellite television, and computer with high speed internet access for your convenience. Ventura Harbor Village is within walking distance with shopping and restaurants. Use our car (a PT Cruiser) to visit all the nearby Southern California attractions. The car is equipped with a GPS, so you can find your way around the area. Make yourself at home.

Ventura is a beach community approximately one hour north of downtown Los Angeles. Centrally located, it is an easy drive to Los Angeles or Santa Barbara. You can visit many attractions during your stay. There is Disneyland, Hollywood, Universal Studios, museums of all sorts, Beverly Hills, and wonderful local beaches, to mention a few.
