Description of our house

Our home is comfortable, clean, and spacious. It has a large kitchen with adjoining dining room. The house has a spacious bedroom and complete bathroom downstairs, in case you do not want to go up the stairs. The backyard is large and fenced has a gazebo and a nice table and chairs to spend a quiet and relaxing afternoon around flowers and a garden. The house has a 63 inches high definition T.V., has wonderful neighbors and very safe and quiet neighborhood with a clubhouse and a golf course. I love spending time in my home and having friends over, it is warm and inviting.

San Diego has one of the most wonderful weathers of the world always sunny and about 72F degrees weather. The house is very close to the beach, mountains and wonderful shopping for all budgets, within 2 blocks from one of the best golf course. Something about ourselves

We are a family of 4, My husband has his own recycling company, and he works from home, I am a stay home mom, taking care of my two excellent behaved boys 10 and 8, I am a volunteer in our church and my kids school, we love to travel and meet new people. We have plenty experience doing home exchanges, we had done at least 12 in the past 4 yrs. and always has been great.
